The story
Clown is thrown out with the rubbish. He climbs out and sets off across town to find a home, not just for himself but for the friends he left behind. Five circus artists tell Quentin Blake's beloved picture book with acrobatics, juggling, a lot of falling over and a lot of music, on a round stage in the middle of a heated big top. Told through action and music, so every child in the room can follow it. A world premiere, made with Quentin Blake Studio.

- Two minutes' walk from Walthamstow Central (Victoria line and Overground). About 20 minutes from Oxford Circus, 10 from Stratford.
- Walthamstow bus station is next door.
- Room for pushchairs inside the tent. Baby changing on site.
- Doors open 30 minutes before the show. Loos, coats, everyone seated together.
- Step-free throughout. Two wheelchair spaces at every show, each with a free companion ticket. Book ahead.
- Accessible toilet on site. Heated tent.
- Every performance is semi-relaxed: move, take a break and come back in, with front-of-house support.
- No loud bangs. Haze present. Ear defenders to borrow. Sensory notes and a pre-visit social story available.

- 55 minutes, straight through, no interval.
- What age is it for?
- Ages 2+, with no upper limit. CLOWN is an ageless tale, told through circus, so toddlers, grandparents and everyone in between can follow it. Under-2s free on a lap.
- Do I need to know the book?
- No. The story is told through action and music, so everyone can follow it. Copies of Clown are on sale in the tent.
- Is it the same as Fête du Puck?
- No. CLOWN is the daytime show, made for little ones and everyone who comes with them. Fête du Puck is the afternoon and evening show for all ages.
- Can my school come?
- Yes. Weekday shows from £8.50 a pupil or the whole tent from £1,650 + VAT. Email victoria@revelpucks.com.
