Do you want to bring it to Walthamstow?
Well you're in the right place!
This December, we're opening up our venue to other productions who want to play to the community here in East London.
Our 220 seat big top is a dream venue for the wacky, weird and unusual! From stand up comedy, to baby raves, to circus, to one person bands. We're here to help present a diverse and mixed bill of work!
What's the deal?
Timings:
We have evening slots available Between the 6th of December 2025 - 4th of January 2026. Access to the venue from 7.30pm, and all productions must be finished by 10pm, with an hour to pack down.
You can apply to play for one night only, or a selection of nights, or a full run! We will try our best to meet everyones requests.
Costs:
Each slot will be charged a flat fee of £420, we will then operate a box office split of 80%/20% in your favour.
We are VAT registered, which means that 20% of monies we receive is paid to HMRC. the above costs are inclusive of VAT meaning there are no hidden charges.
These costs have been carefully calculated to be as affordable as possible whilst covering the running of the venue for your show.
We would recommend a minimum ticket price of £10.
We use TicketSource as our ticketing platform, they charge a fee of 8.5% per ticket. You can use whatever platform you like, but we've found TicketSource to be the most user friendly.
What do Revel Pucks provide?
We will provide the venue (obvs) inclusive of heating, lighting, sound. You'll have a venue technician, a venue manager and front of house staffing.
You will be responsible for your own marketing, ticketing and ticket scanning. We'll highlight all shows coming in, but ultimately it will be up to you.
