We have a fully licensed bar selling delicious drinks including draught beer, alcohol free drinks and fizzy pop. And our popcorn stand, of course!  You’re welcome to bring a picnic or snacks to eat outside before the performance or during the interval

Yes, there’ll be a place for your buggy. Please check with the Front of House team on the door about where is best for it to go. We can’t take any responsibility for them though.

You’re welcome to come and go from the tent as you would like.

Only Assistance Dogs are allowed in the tent for the show. Other dogs are permitted on-site and we require them to be on a lead at all times.

We operate a babes-in-arms policy, so if they don't need a seat, they don’t need a ticket. We do, however, recommend Child tickets for those over 18 months.

We offer tiered ticketing options which means that everyone is able to come and enjoy the circus. By buying more expensive tickets you are helping ensure the circus can carry on spinning, swinging and clowning around. As well as Peak and Off-peak ticketing, we also have Adult, Concession and Child rates, discounts for groups and tiered seating options: The High Flyers (VIP), The Jugglers (Standard), The Stiltwalkers (Value), The Contortionists (Restricted View). We will try our hardest to exchange your tickets for a show you can attend - it is easiest for us to do this with as much notice as possible so please email boxoffice@revelpucks.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can’t usually change tickets with less than 24 hours notice.

We suggest that children under 16 are accompanied by an adult, but the decision is ultimately the parent's choice. The show is family-friendly and not aimed solely at young children. All children remain the responsibility of their guardian.
